Charleston Santa Teresa occupies a 17th-century colonial convent, declared a Historical Heritage Site since 1995. The 87 rooms and suites feature soundproof walls, flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, minibars, and coffee machines. Three Distinct Restaurants

Harry's Cartagena serves Colombian cuisine by chef Harry Sasson, his only restaurant outside Bogotá. Plaza Santa Teresa Restaurant offers international and local dishes. La Terraza Bar Restaurant on the rooftop provides Caribbean breezes and views of the Baluarte de San Francisco Javier, exclusive to hotel guests. The breakfast buffet includes arepa de huevo and local fruit juices.
